Lexfyle

Corporate Registry Technology Built for Professionals

Lexfyle is a Canadian SaaS platform created for professionals and organizations that require a faster, more efficient way to manage Ontario corporate registry filings, searches, document retrieval and ongoing compliance.

Designed for law firms, accounting firms, financial organizations, professional searchers and other businesses that regularly work with corporate records, Lexfyle brings registry services together in a secure, centralized platform built for professional use.

Lexfyle is new. Our experience isn't.

Built on More Than 30 Years of Experience

Lexfyle was developed by Ontario Business Central Inc., a Canadian corporate services company that has been helping entrepreneurs, businesses and professionals with corporate registrations, filings and searches since 1992.

During that time, Ontario Business Central has worked through the evolution of Ontario's corporate registry system, from paper-based filings to electronic submissions and today's Ontario Business Registry (OBR). That experience provided the foundation for Lexfyle and a clear understanding of where technology can make corporate registry work easier and more efficient.

Rather than adapting our existing services for a professional audience, we created Lexfyle as a dedicated SaaS platform for organizations that manage corporate transactions and records as part of their work.

One of Ontario's Newest Licensed Service Providers

Ontario Business Central Inc. is one of Ontario's newest licensed service provider organizations for the Ontario Business Registry, licensed by the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement to deliver business-related government products and services, including searches, registrations and filings.

Lexfyle is the technology platform developed and operated by Ontario Business Central Inc. It represents the next stage in how we deliver corporate registry services to professional organizations.

Ontario Business Central Inc. is an independent service provider. The Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement is not affiliated with and does not endorse any specific service provider organization.

Built Around the Way Professionals Work

Professional organizations may be responsible for multiple corporations, recurring compliance requirements, searches, document retrieval and transactions across numerous clients. Lexfyle was designed around those workflows.

The platform provides a centralized environment for initiating transactions, accessing corporate information, retrieving documents, managing activity and maintaining records.

Lexfyle can support organizations with substantial transaction volumes, but volume isn't a requirement. Professional organizations can use the platform whether they complete corporate registry work every day or only when a client requires it.

And when assistance is needed, there are people behind the technology. Our team understands corporate registry services and is available to help when a transaction doesn't fit neatly into a standard workflow.

Security From the Start

Security, privacy and responsible data handling have been part of Lexfyle's development from the beginning.

The platform incorporates safeguards including secure account access, two-factor authentication, role-based permissions and controlled access to information, supported by Ontario Business Central's formal security and compliance program.

Built to Keep Evolving

Lexfyle was created not simply to put existing registry processes online, but to improve how professional organizations manage them.

And we know that some of the best ideas will come from the people using the platform.

That's why we've included a Suggestion Box within Lexfyle and invite our users to tell us what would make their work easier. Whether it's a service they would like to see added, a feature that could improve their workflow, or simply a better way of doing something, we want to hear it.

As Lexfyle grows, that feedback will help guide how we develop the platform. We want to build with the professional community, not just for it, creating services and tools that respond to how businesses actually work and what they genuinely need.

Our goal is simple: make corporate registry work easier to access, easier to manage and more efficient.
